The forgotten holiday?

Is it me or does it seem that Thanksgiving is becoming a forgotten holiday? With all the hype of Christmas, it seems that people are beginning to forget Thanksgiving. I mean, sure Thanksgiving isn’t as big a holiday as Christmas, but that doesn’t mean that we should just ignore it, right? I feel bad for the little fellow.
Take for example, the television. I’m already seeing Christmas commercials, but no “Thanksgiving Turkey Sale.” Poor unsold turkeys. Or what about the stores? There already is a Christmas isle filled with bells and such, but what about the little Thanksgiving Turkeys to decorate isle? Or what about the cornucopias? Does anyone seem to care about Thanksgiving?
Don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas. It’s my favorite holiday. But what becomes over-hype when we forget Thanksgiving is a little too much too early Christmas for me. I’ve been seeing Christmas stuff since well….before even Halloween.

Lol yeah, thanksgiving used to be fun, but im left out now cause im vegetarian! lol. poor unsold turkeys? LOL. funny! and thanks for the comment –again– lol. yeah its great for a start! lol i love avatars, i might actually use those. they are great. next blog ill use it! theyre soooo nice! =D

Hahaha, I can’t wait till Thanksgiving cause my sister who’s dorming gets to come visit for 2-ish days! But of course I still love Christmas. And it’s not because of the presents! (But yeah, I do love the presents…lol)

Haha, it sure iis. In Australia we don’t really celebrate Thanks Giving, what is it all about?
And yes, that is a good trick. You should use a free URL redirection thing, it’ll be better and easier.
And Britney Spears? On my Music Playlist is has her BEST song everrrr! You should listen to it.
About Highschool? Yeah same at least I got 3 of my best friends coming to the same Highschool as me. xx

Lol. notice you said im way too nice..lol. thats why im always thanking people =) Lol. its doesnt suck anymore, cause its been years now so i kinda get used to it….lol. now that i think of it, turkey tofu they might have hmm ill ask for it. lmao. i usually eat like uh i forgot what its called, like stuffing and stuff. yeah. i eat tofu like stuff everyday. it tastes plain-like water. so thats why people add like seasonings and etc. they have tofu/vegetarian burgers, chicken and all that stuff. lol. i dont mind ur randomness. Yeah. for my next blog which im working on it now! hehe. ur avatars are soo nice. wow. long comment. =)

thanksgiving does seem to get slightly overlooked, because in america it’s all about money money money. *rolls eyes* but it’s one of the most important holidays to me. and christmas is my favorite holiday too :]
